The rental planner creates a summary in your browser. With the current telephone enquiry journey, it does not transmit your project details to SmartRentals.ca. You can copy, download or print your brief; downloaded and printed copies remain your responsibility. Avoid entering sensitive information.
Your equipment shortlist
Equipment category selections are stored in session storage on your device so they can follow you between pages in the same browser tab. They are not sent as an enquiry. Clear your selections on the rental page or close the tab to end that session. Project details and contact fields are not saved in this storage.
Website access
WHC provides the hosting. Access to the site may involve technical information such as IP addresses and browser details processed by the hosting service. This website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration.
Telephone enquiries
When calling, provide only the information needed to discuss your equipment enquiry. Ask who will handle your information, how long it will be kept and who may receive it before sharing additional personal details.
